From June 18th to 20th, the 13th Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region University Young Teacher Teaching Competition and the 7th National University Young Teacher Teaching Competition Selection Competition were held at Hetao College. Our school selected four teachers to participate in the competition and achieved excellent results.

This competition is hosted by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Federation of Trade Unions and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Department of Human Resources and Social Security, organized by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Union of Education, Science, Culture, Health and Sports, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Department of Education, and co-organized by Hetao College. The competition aims to vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, labor spirit, and craftsmanship, further strengthen the construction of the young teacher team in universities, accelerate the improvement of the teaching level in universities throughout the region, and assist in the high-quality development of higher education.

A total of 221 young teachers from 20 undergraduate universities and 30 vocational colleges participated in this competition. The competition is divided into five categories: liberal arts, science, engineering, medicine, and ideological and political courses. The competition content includes three parts: teaching design, classroom teaching, and teaching reflection.

Li Bing from the School of Marxism of our university won the first prize in the Ideological and Political Group, Guo Jiaojiao from the School of Life Sciences won the second prize in the Science Group, Wang Wenying won the third prize in the Engineering Group, and Kang Naiqi from the School of Foreign Languages won the third prize in the Humanities Group.
